LEGAL NOTICE AND PRIVATE JURISDICTION STATUS

I. DECLARATION OF ASSET OWNERSHIP

Notice is hereby given to the general public, commercial entities, regulatory bodies, and third parties, that the Green Glass brand, including all physical assets (industrial cutting and engraving machinery, logistics and mobility units), digital assets (web domains, databases, software developments, and SEO strategies), and financial assets, are the exclusive property of GGL Private Trust.

II. PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original glassware designs and glass art developed under the Green Glass brand—including but not limited to the exclusive Vaso Extreme, Gold Extreme, and Blue Apoya Vaso models—are intellectual property protected by the Trust. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercialization, or action intended to affect these assets directly impacts the rights and interests of the beneficiary under the administration of this entity.

III. EXERCISE OF ADMINISTRATION

The Trustee, Miguel Angel Lanzillotta, acts solely and exclusively in his capacity as Administrator and Custodian of the Trust’s assets. All operations, signatures, and agreements linked to Green Glass are executed under express reservation of all natural rights, without prejudice, and under the doctrine of UCC 1-308, not recognizing any coercive commercial jurisdictions that infringe upon the private law of this Trust.

IV. NOTICES

Any official communication, notice, or requirement regarding the assets or operation of Green Glass must be formally directed to the Trustee, in accordance with the principles of Private and International Law.
